How we decide what to recommend

Commissions never decide what we recommend. We recommend products we’ve researched, and we say plainly when we’ve used a product ourselves and when we’re describing published information. We never invent experiences, test results or quotes, and we never hide that a recommendation is incentivised. We also never make medical claims — we write about comfort, products and general sleep habits, not treatment.
